By this First Appeal, appellant is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 09/03/2016 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Thane in MACP No. 741 of 2011 holding that respondent­claimants are entitled to sum of Rs. 16,25,000/­ by way of compensation alongwith interest of 8% per annum.

2 70.1130.17 fa.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the impugned Judgment and Award, I am satisfied that appellant has made out case for following order: (I) Admit.

(II) Printing dispensed with.

(III) Appellant to file private paper­book within one year from today, failing which First Appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.

(IV) Registry to call R & P immediately.
