We have no manner of doubt that this Petition would not require further adjudication, in view of our order dated 6th November, 2023 which was passed after series of earlier orders, and more particularly as now the Petitioners have been allotted alternate land. 2.

We accordingly dispose of this Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to raise all contentions in the event, any grievance arises to the Petitioners in regard to the allotment order dated 1st November, 2023.

Needless to observe that all consequential steps be taken in pursuance of the orders of allotment passed in favour of the Petitioners in relation to making necessary revenue entries in the petitioners name. This be undertaken within four weeks of the possession of the land being handed over to the petitioners as per Rules. Ordered accordingly. 4.

The Petitioners shall also deposit with the designated office an amount of Rs.69,927/- as occupancy charges.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
