Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicants seek pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.243 of 2017 registered with the Sangvi Police Station, Pune, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498A,
2/4 306, 324, 504 r/w.34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
The Applicant No.1 is the father-in-law of the deceased (Rojalin); the Applicant No.2 is the mother-in-law; the Applicant No.3 is the brother-in-law; the Applicant No.4 is the husband of the Applicant No.5 & the Applicant No.5 is the sister-in-law of the deceased (Rojalin). 4.
Learned counsel for the Applicants states that the allegations as against the Applicants are false and baseless. He submits that admittedly, all the Applicants are residents of Cuttack, State - Orissa, whereas the incident has taken place in Pune. He submitted that on 03.06.2017, Rojalin committed suicide by hanging herself in her house, at Pimple Saudagar, Pune. He submits the allegations as against all the Applicants are general in nature that they were demanding Rs.2,00,000/for purchase of land. 5.
Learned APP does not dispute the fact, that none of the applicants were present when the deceased committed suicide in Pune. He also does not dispute the fact, that all the Applicants are residents of Cuttack, State - Orissa, whereas the incident has taken place in Pune.

Perused the papers. It appears that deceased (Rojalin) was married to Subhendu (Original Accused No.1) in 2014 and both of them were living in Pimple Saudagar, Pune, since then, till the date of the incident. Admittedly, all the accused are in-laws of deceased (Rojalin) who was staying in Cuttack, State - Orissa. It is alleged that all the applicants were harassing the deceased (Rojalin) for an amount of Rs.2 lakhs for purchasing a land. The allegations are essentially as against Subhendu (Original Accused No.1).

Considering the aforesaid, the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary. Accordingly the application is allowed and the applicants are granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicants be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount ;
(ii) The applicants shall not contact the complainant, witnesses or
4/4 any person concerned with the case.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear that the observations made herein are prima facie and are confined to this application.
