This Application is moved for bringing the legal heirs of deceased Kashinath Savliram, i.e. appellant no. 1.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that applicant no. 1 died on 11th April, 2015 and the application to bring legal heirs is moved on 7th July, 2015 and hence, the application is made within 90 days. 3.

In view of the averments in the application, the application is allowed. The legal heirs of applicant no. 1 is taken on record. The learned counsel for the applicants to carry out necessary amendments within three weeks.
