Learned counsel for the applicant seeks limited relief of modification of order dated 7th July 2016 passed by this Court to the effect that applicant be directed to furnish one or two solvent sureties from the State of Maharashtra.

Perused the order, whereby applicant having been enlarged on bail upon his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in like amount was directed to furnish one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount, and it is further directed that said one or two solvent sureties in the like amount shall be from within the State of Maharashtra.
