The Petitioner's grievance is that after passing of the order on 27th March, 2012 (Exhibit G) by the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nashik (in short "the Committee") the Petitioner in pursuance to the liberty granted in the said order had submitted the fresh documents along with covering letter dated 7th May, 2012 (Exhibit H), but since 2012 the Committee has not considered the Petitioner's caste validity claim. 3.
A prayer has been made to dispose of this Petition by directing the Committee to decide the Petitioner's claim in terms of the liberty and the letter dated 7th May, 2012 as expeditiously as Vishal Parekar 1/2

Without commenting upon the merits of the matter, we dispose of this matter by directing Respondent No. 2 - the Committee to decide the Petitioner's claim as per letter dated 7th May, 2012 (Exhibit H) as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner before the said Committee.

The Petitioner to appear before the Committee on 12th July, 2017 at 11.00 am.

We also make it clear that Respondent No. 3 - Zilla Parishad shall not take any steps against the Petitioner pursuant to the communication dated 16th June, 2017 without giving a months notice to the Petitioner to that effect. 7.
The Petitioner is directed to communicate this order to Respondent No. 3.
