By consent of the parties, the impugned orders which are subject matter of this second appeal are set aside. The abatement of the first appeal, if any, is set aside. The appellant is directed to carry out appropriate amendment within two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. Copy of amended appeal proceedings duly amended shall be served upon the respondents simultaneously.

Second appeal is disposed of in aforesaid terms. In view of disposal of the second appeal, civil application does not survive and is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Upon restoration of the appeal, Lower Appellate Court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the appeal expeditiously and not later than one year from today.
