As far as grievance of the Petitioners regarding supersession by the Respondents, the Petitioners has remedy to approach the School Tribunal under section 9 of the M.E.P.S. Act. The Petitioner may avail the said remedy.

In the light of above, all contentions of the Petitioner are kept open. The Petitioner may approach the School Tribunal and shall state the School Tribunal about the time lost in prosecuting present Writ Petition. 3.

As far as prayer clause of the Petitioner for grant of pay scale from 2003 is concerned, the Petitioner may approach the Deputy Director of Education. The Deputy Director of Education after considering the case put forth by the Petitioner and also calling upon the Management shall 1/2
