Petitioner is in jail since 11th September, 2012 in crime No.66 of 2012 registered with Yeola Taluka Police Station. The Sessions Case is now renumbered as Sessions Case No.42 of 2013 and is pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad, District Nashik. 2) In view thereof, we hereby direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad, District Nashik to expedite the hearing of Sessions Case No.42 of 2013 and to conclude it within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the present Order.

3) Petition is accordingly allowed in the aforesaid terms. 4) Registrar (Judicial-I) is directed to communicate the present Order to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad, District Nashik expeditiously.
