The above Petition has been filed seeking a direction against the Respondent No.1 to register the FIR on the basis of the complaints of the Petitioners dated 4-6-2011, 20-12-2012, 24-11-2013, 21-7-2015 and 28-32016. The grievance is made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners that inspite of the said complaints, no action is taken by the Sarkarwada Police Station, Nashik. We therefore direct the Senior Inspector of Police to take into consideration the said complaints of the Petitioners and take appropriate action and communicate the decision to the Petitioners, if not already communicated, within 4 weeks from date. In case the police do not have copies of the said complaints, the Petitioners may furnish the said copies to the police if called upon to do so.

With the directions as aforesaid, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
