According to the Petitioner in pursuance to the Government Resolution dated 13th June, 2014 issued by the State Government, the Petitioner was asked to furnish certain information vide communication dated 29th December, 2014. Thereafter the Petitioner submitted the recommendation to the Assistant Commissioner of Social Welfare Department, Pune. However, the decision on the Petitioner's application for permission to start Secondary Ashram Shala at village Murti Madhave, District Pune has not been taken as yet.

Taking into consideration, the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 5 to consider and take appropriate decision in accordance with law in regard to the Petitioner's prayer as aforesaid.

The Petitioner to appear before Respondent No. 5 on 28th April, 2017 at 11.00 am.

The decision on the Petitioner's application as aforesaid shall be taken by Respondent No. 5 as expeditiously as possible preferably within one month from the date of appearance of the Petitioner before him.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as such.
