Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant after arguing the Bail Application for some time, seeks withdrawal of the same. He only requests that as the Applicant is incarcerated since 26th September 2020, the trial be expedited. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the charge is already framed.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial given that the Applicant is incarcerated for more than 3 years and 4 months.

The Applicant is granted liberty to fle a fresh Bail Application after a reasonable period, if there is no progress in the trial.
