This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 27th April, 2015. By the order dated 27th April, 2015 the applicant herein has been directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in sum of Rs. 1 Lakh with one or more local sureties in the liKe Talwalkar 1/2

1p.appp548.15.sxw amount. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the mother of the applicant is bed-ridden and since the applicant is in jail, he is not able to furnish local sureties. In view of this, it is prayed that the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing cash surety for a period of 4 weeks, during which period he shall furnish local sureties as directed by the order dated 27th April, 2015. In view of the submissions advanced across the bar, following order is passed :

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing cash surety for a period of 4 weeks, during which period he shall furnish local sureties as directed by the Order dated 27th April, 2015 in BA 362/2015.

(iii) Rest of the conditions are not being interfered with. The application is disposed of accordingly.
