Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he will make a fresh representation to the Respondent -Corporation in respect of the alleged unauthorized construction of Relax Bar and Restaurant and shop premises situated at Tata Line, in front of Govind Ashram Hotel, Char Rasta, Manpada Road, Dombivali (E), Taluka Kalyan, District Thane. 2.

If such representation is made within two weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the Respondent -Corporation expeditiously and Trupti 1/2

The Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All contentions are kept open.
