The application is moved for pre-arrest bail. This is a second bail application. By order dated 10.1.2014, this Court has rejected pre-arrest bail of the present applicant/accused and has granted bail to other coaccused. The reason for rejecting the bail application was that these two applicants/accused have criminal antecedents. Today, it is not a case that the applicants/accused are acquitted from their previous criminal cases. 2.
