This application is preferred by plaintiff for condonation of 37 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the decree dated 23.3.2015 passed by Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay in L.C.Suit No.1110 of 2009.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied Mohite 1/2

a) Delay of 37 days in filing First Appeal is condoned.
