Advocate for the Applicant submits that by this Civil Revision Application original defendant no.1 is challenging the order dated 24.04.2017 passed by Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay in Suit No.4315 of 2019 holding that the Bombay City Civil Court has jurisdiction to entertain the Suit. He submits that in view of subsequent development i.e. deletion of section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Application. Hence, Civil Revision Application stands disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs. Mohite 1/2
