Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This civil application seeks condonation of a delay of 19 days in filing restoration application in an appeal from order, which was dismissed for want of prosecution.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned and the Registry is directed to number the restoration application, namely, Civil Application (Stamp) No.16347 of 2019. Reply, if any, to be filed and served on the Applicant latest by 7 October 2019. The Applicant shall pay costs of this application of Rs.25,000/- to

sg 2/2 caa816-19.doc the Respondents in one set. Costs to be paid to the Advocates within two weeks from today. Costs to be condition precedent. 4.

Since the restoration application makes allegations against the Advocates, who were, at the relevant time, appearing for the Applicant, the Court requests the learned Advocates, Ms. Ranjan Rajguru and Mr. Salil Jaymal, to remain present in Court if they are so advised.
