Ms. Parulekar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Application with liberty to fle a fresh Bail Application after a period of 10 months. She further submits that as the Applicant is incarcerated since 1st June 2020, the trial be expedited.

Mr. Gaikwad, learned APP also states that the RespondentState will also take steps to conclude the trial expeditiously. 3.

Accordingly, as the Applicant is incarcerated since 1st June 2020, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously within one year.

The Applicant is granted liberty to fle a fresh Bail Application after a period of 10 months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such, subject to above.
