It is pointed out that Marriage Petition No. 142 of 2017 pending before the Family Court has been settled. Accordingly, the parties settled all their claims. The husband has paid the wife a sum of Rs.55 lakhs towards permanent alimony which has been received. The said fact is recorded in the order dated 18/9/2020 passed by the Ad-hoc District Judge - 7, Pune. In this view of the matter, nothing remains for consideration in the present Writ Petition.
