The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R. No.73 of 2015 registered with Natepure police station, District Solapur for the offences punishable under sections 353, 332, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and also under section 3(1)(x) of the the Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. By order dated 8.7.2015, this Court had granted an interim protection to the applicants/accused. The applicant belongs to Nomadic Tribe category.

Today, a photocopy of the affidavit filed by Shri Gorakh Dattatray Dhobale, the complainant herein, is tendered, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The learned Counsel for the 1 / 2
aba.967.2015_7.doc applicant/accused submitted that the applicant/accused has filed criminal Writ Petition No.3001 of 2015 for quashing and in the said Writ Petition, this affidavit is going to be filed. The complainant as also the learned Counsel for the complainant are present. Both the complainant and the applicant/accused are government servants.

In view of the above, pre-arrest bail granted earlier is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
