7-IA-1861-2021.doc out amendment in view of subsequent developments in the reply affidavit filed by him in the Writ petition in terms of the schedule annexed with the application.

Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, we are satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing this application, but instead of carrying out amendment in the reply, they can file additional reply with copy to the other side. 4.

In view of this fact, following order is passed; : O R D E R :

(a) Applicant is permitted to file additional affidavit in reply on or before 18th September, 2021 with copy to the other side;

(d) Liberty is granted to the other side, if they so desire, to file rejoinder on or before 24th September, 2021 with copy to the other side;

(e) Interim Application stands disposed of.
