Applicant has moved before this Court seeking relief of bail in C. R. No.I-107 of 2020 registered at Kolsewadi Police Station, Kalyan for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 381, 408 r/w 34 of IPC.

After arrest on 30.09.2020, applicant was subjected to custodial interrogation and already charge-sheeted. Applicant is behind the bars since last more than one year. 4.

Considering the nature of allegations and punishment provided for the alleged offence, case for grant of bail is made out. 5.

Applicant is directed to be released on bail in C. R. No.I107 of 2020 registered at Kolsewadi Police Station, Kalyan for the BGP.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.
