The above Civil Application is filed by the Applicant (Respondent-wife) stating that she is aggrieved/dissatisfied with the impugned order dated 17 th October, 2018 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Civil Application No.214 of 2017, thereby staying the effect and operation of the direction No.2 given by the Family Court, Pune, vide order dated 27 th March, 2017, thereby directing the Petitioner to return her stridhan.

We have perused the order dated 17 th October, 2010. By the said order, the Division Bench of this Court has allowed the Applicant to withdraw the Civil Application No.214 of 2017 and there is no order passed by the Division Bench staying the effect and operation of any directions given by the Family Court, Pune. In view SSP 1/2

904 cam 159 of 2019.doc thereof, the above Civil Application is mis-conceived and no orders are required to be passed.
