Icles Motilal Zunzunwala College of Arts, Science & Commerce, through Principal & Ors.

Mr. Arvind G. Kothari, Advocate for respondent no. 1. Mr. Vikas Mali, AGP for respondent nos. 2 and 3. CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK & C.V. BHADANG, JJ.

DATE : 12th February, 2015.

P.C.

Heard.

The petitioner has made a grievance that though the charge sheet is issued to the petitioner and the petitioner had replied the same, the respondent no. 1 had not initiated an enquiry. The learned counsel for the respondent/management states that the enquiry has commenced and the management would conclude the enquiry within a period of four months.

911.WP6751_2014.doc In view of the statement made by the counsel for the respondent/management, the grievance of the petitioner would not survive.

Hence, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with no order as to costs. The points raised by the petitioner in the Writ Petition are kept open.
