CORAM : ANOOP V. MOHTA & A.A.SAYED, JJ.

DATED : 31 AUGUST 2015 ORDER:

Rule. Returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of parties. 2.

We are inclined to dispose of the present Petition, however, permitted the Petitioner to make a representation to the State Government, as admittedly the Petitioner applied for an admission under reserved category (NT), but as at that time there was no certificate with her of any kind to support the same and therefore the admission was processed in open category. Now to claim admission under the reserved category after obtaining the requisite caste certificate is of no assistance, as the last date for claiming and submitting the form was already expired. In these backgrounds, at the request, the Petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the State Government, which is to be considered in accordance with law.

4.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged. No costs.
