Oral leave to correct description of complainant Hemlalta in affidavit of Satish Shankar Natekar dated 13/11/2019 is granted. Necessary amendment be carried out immediately. Affidavit is filed in pursuance of order dated 4/11/2019.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 states that he has received copy of affidavit and is satisfied with it. Respondent No.1 informs that she is staying with her husband separately i.e. respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not staying as part of their family. She has given no objection for quashing of FIR.

In this situation, learned APP states that the Court can pass appropriate orders. Accordingly, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
