By this Civil Application, the applicant /insurance company seeks stay to the operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 11th August, 2016 passed by the learned District Judge-5 & Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kalyan in MACP No. 221 of 2007. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already deposited the entire decretal amount alongwith interest accrued thereon of Rs.9,72,187/- on 20th October, 2017. 3.
