Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered consent terms by which it is stated that the dispute between the parties as arisen in the petition, has been resolved in terms of various clauses in the consent terms. The consent terms on behalf of the petitioner are signed by petitioner no.1B, 1C, 2A, 2B, 2C and on behalf of respondents by respondent nos.3 and 4. It is stated that respondent no.1 has expired. It is stated that respondent no.2 has also expired on 30 January 2016 and therefore, the proceedings have abated against her. Learned Advocates

Writ petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Undertakings, if any, stand accepted. No order as to costs. 3.

As writ petition is disposed of as above, civil application does not survive. It is accordingly disposed of.
