This application challenges the order dated 23 April 2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai in Anticipatory Bail Application No.153 of 2018.

It appears that the anticipatory bail application was filed by Respondent No.1 wherein the application for intervention was moved by the original Complainant. The said application was allowed by the order impugned.

By this time, the anticipatory bail application must have been disposed of and that appears to be reason for non-appearance of learned counsel for the Applicant before this Court. Even otherwise, no interference is called for in the impugned order. Hence, Criminal Application is dismissed.
