Miscellaneous Civil Application No.174 of 2016 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (A). Learned Civil Judge, Senior 1/2

p1-mca174-16 Division, Pune is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings in H.M.P. No.315 of 2016 to the District Court, Satara expeditiously. 5.

Both the parties are directed to appear before the learned District Court, Satara on 6th February, 2017. Miscellaneous Civil Application No.174 of 2016 is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 6.

The parties are at liberty to apply for early hearing of H.M.P. No.315 of 2016 before the learned District Court, Satara. 7.
