By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking to challenge election of an elected Counsellor of the third respondent-Municipal Corporation in General Ward Elections. Remedy is provided to the petitioner under the Maharashtra Municipal Corporations Act, 1949. Hence, we decline to entertain the petition. The petition is disposed of.
