By this petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction to Respondent No.1 to register an FIR on the basis of his complaint dated 28th January 2013.

Learned APP for the State, having taken instructions from the concerned officer, makes a statement that the grievance of the Petitioner as contained in the said complaint was enquired into and it was found that allegations are of civil nature. She further submitted that the Petitioner has been accordingly informed by the police. We find that the Petitioner himself has annexed a copy of the intimation received by him from the officer patilsr 1 / 2

wp-2578/14 in charge of the concerned Police Station.
