The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 330 of 2022 registered with Mohol police station for the offence punishable under sections 326, 323, 504 & 506 of IPC. 2.

The respective persons, both from the complainant's group and the applicant's group have suffered grievous injuries. 3.

In the present offence, in which the applicants are seeking bail, the co-accused Sriram is informed to have been released on regular bail who is attributed to use sword so also Balu who has used sickle.

In the aforesaid background, ad-interim protection order stands confirmed.

In the event of arrest of applicants in Crime No. 330 of 2022 akn 1/2

2/2 24.ABA.1816.2022.doc registered with Mohol police station for the offence punishable under sections 326, 323, 504 & 506 of IPC, applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the Investigating OfÏcer from 10/10/2022 to 14/10/2022 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed.

7.

The applicants shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.

8.

The applicants shall remain outside the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station till the charge-sheet is filed but for attendance.

9.

The application stands disposed of.
