The Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to file FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint against the Respondent Nos.4 & 5.

Learned APP on the instructions of the investigating officer, who is present in Court makes a statement that the said complaint of the Petitioner was enquired into and a decision was arrived at, that the dispute between the parties was Civil in nature and accordingly, the Petitioner has been informed. 3.

In the light of the above, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file a

WP 2288-16.doc private complaint.
