The applicant - husband has made a prayer to extend the execution, implementation and giving effect of order dated 25.4.2019. Though the prayer is worded as one for extension, essentially the prayer is for stay of the said order. The said order is passed in the open Court. At the end of the order, prayer was made on behalf of the applicant for staying the order which was refused. No question of staying the said order now arises. Application is, therefore, rejected.
