I am informed that the building in question has already been demolished on 19th June, 2018. The impugned 1/2

4. ao 374-18.doc order dated 14th June, 2018 was passed on the Notice of Motion taken out by the appellant (original plaintiff No.26) restraining the defendant from taking coercive steps against the appellant and restrain the defendant from demolishing the suit premises. 4.

In view of the demolition of the suit building, nothing survives for consideration in the Appeal. The same is disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the Appeal, nothing survives for consideration in the Civil Application. The Civil Application is disposed of.
