The petitioner and the Learned Counsel for the petitioner were consistently absent on the earlier dates also. As such, the mater was kept for dismissal today. Today also, none appears for the petitioner.

By way of present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction for cancelling the recognition of the respondent no.2, School and respondent no.3. Mr. Patil, the Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was the Head-Master of respondent no.2, School and was subsequently terminated. He has also challenged the termination before the Learned School Tribunal.

The extra-ordinary jurisdiction of this Court cannot be permitted to be used by a disgruntled employee against the Management. The petition is therefore dismissed.
