Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that Family Court Appeal Nos. 99, 101 and 108 of 2015 filed by respondent and Family Court Appeal No.114 of 2015 filed by the present appellant are admitted.

Present appeal is filed by the appellant arises out of impugned order dated 3/6/2015 in M.A. No. 88 of 2012. The appellant moved an

2/2 fca-141-15 application under the Contempt of Courts Act, on which the court passed the impugned order rejecting the said application.

As the substantive appeals filed by the parties have been admitted, we are of the view that the present Family Court Appeal is not maintainable.

Keeping all the issues on merits open, present appeal is disposed of.

Civil Application No. 335 of 2015 does not survive and same is disposed of as such.
