Leave to amend the Petition is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. 2.

Admittedly, Respondent Nos.10 and 11 have put up unauthorized structures on the property bearing Survey No.32, Hissa No.2, Village Guravli, Taluka Kalyan, District Thane. Respondent Nos.8 and 9 are present in Court. They undertake to get the subject structure demolished within a period of four days from today. The statement is accepted. In the event of Respondent Nos.10 and 11 wanting to re-erect the structures, they shall do so only after obtaining necessary permission/s , which permission/s when applied for shall be granted by the concerned authorities strictly on merits and as per the provisions of law.
