By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of Criminal Revision Application No.150 of 2002 which came to be dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 21st April, 2016. He also prays that the delay of 40 days in filing the present application be condoned and Criminal Revision Application No.150 of 2002 be restored to file.
