ORDER:- Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties and in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we are permitting the Petitioners to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to make fresh representation/additional representation, if any, to the Respondent-Bank and make the grievances so raised with regard to the issue of wrongful classification of NPA. This is only for the reason that, by communication dated 2 June 2016, no reason whatsoever, provided by the Bank while deciding the detailed objections so raised by the Petitioners dated 23 1/2
ssm 2 23-wp8380.16.sxw May 2016 to the Notice under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act), dated 13 April 2016. The Petitioners to file a fresh representation to the Respondent-Bank within a period of two weeks from today. All contentions are kept open.
Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, as withdrawn. No costs.
