By this Civil Application, the Applicants seek protection for 12 weeks as they desire to seek recourse against order dated 24/04/2015 dismissing the petition. The eviction decree, in the present case, was made in the year 1990 and confirmed in the year 1991. The Applicants have, however, on account of the proceedings in Writ Petition No.632 of 1995, successful in stalling execution. Nevertheless, since the Petitioners seek to take recourse, it is directed that the decree of eviction be not executed for a period of six weeks from today.
