They submit that the question involved in these petitions has already been considered and decided by this Court in Writ Petition No.5733 of 2017 and connected matters vide order dated 12th June 2017. They pray that these petitions be also disposed of on the same terms. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the said order, these petitions are also disposed of on the same terms and conditions. However, time to decide the objection is fixed up to 20th July 2017.
