P.C.:- In pursuance of Order dated 18th April, 2019 the Respondent No.1 has deposited the fine amount of Rs.50,000 in the Registry of the Additional Sessions Judge, Malegaon in Sessions Case No. 184 of 2019 within the stipulated period. He has produced on record a photo copy of receipt dated 30th April, 2019 issued by the Nazir attached to the said Court. The same is taken on record. In view thereof, the grievance of the Applicant herein does not survive.
