At the hearing of this writ petition, Mr.Jahagirdar, learned senior counsel tenders a copy of the letter of the Council of Architecture on the subject "approval for additional intake". That letter dated 24th July 2018 says that the Executive Committee of the Council of Architecture has M.M.Salgaonkar 1/2

(912) wp-6586-18.doc considered the petitioner's application and has granted approval for additional intake of 40 seats for the B.Arch Degree Course for the academic year 2018-2019. In view of this letter, copy of which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifiation, Mr.Jahagirdar on instructions states that the petitioner's grievance will not survive. The writ petition is disposed of in view of this letter. The Respondent No.5 shall act upon the communication of the Council of Architecture and its order and shall display the name of the petitioner institution in the ongoing admission process (for the academic year 2018-2019) by disclosing the intake capacity of the petitioner as 80 seats. The order of 11th July 2018 also stands corrected and instead of the word "80 seats" the word "additional 40 seats" shall stand substituted in that order. SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE, J.
