By this application, the Applicant seeks extension of time of four weeks to furnish the surety as directed by this Court (Coram:Prakash D. Naik, J.), vide order dated 17th January, 2019, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.3399 of 2018.

It appears that previously one extension has been granted by

By way of last chance and for the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed and time to furnish surety, as directed by this Court vide order dated 17th January, 2019, is extended by a period of four weeks from today, to enable the applicant to furnish the surety. 5.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
