After the earlier order on this petition, a meeting was convened and by the Municipal Commissioner. The minutes of this meeting are placed on record. The minutes are prepared and signed by the Engineer, Suburbs of the Water Supply Division of the Thane Municipal Corporation.

In the light of the minutes and the contents of the same so also agreement between the Municipal Commissioner and the aggrieved parties, the writ petition does not survive and it works itself out.
