The above Civil Application is taken out by the applicant - petitioner seeking amendment to Writ Petition No. 10679 of 2018 to the extent of bringing the subsequent events on record. Learned Advocate for the respondents states that several incorrect allegations are made against the respondents in the afÏdavit in support of the Civil Application.

In view of the above, the Civil Application is allowed.
