On 04/08/2023, the Appellant was admitted to interim protection and he was directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest. He was directed to co-operate with the investigation.

The learned A.P.P., Mr.Agarkar, makes a statement, on the instructions of the Offcer who is present in the Court, that the investigation in the subject C.R. is complete and the charge-sheet is likely to be fled within a period of ffteen days M.M.Salgaonkar

At this stage, I would like to put the words of appreciation for Advocate Leena Patil, who on being appointed by this Court, represented Respondent No.2 effectively before this Court. The Legal Services Authority shall ensure that the legal remuneration due and payable to her, is made over within a period of six weeks from today.
